We are headquartered in Romania and work discreetly with sovereign buyers, national tender bodies, refiners, integrators and private off-takers worldwide.
Elemental Trading is built around two verticals — energy and agricultural commodities — operated in parallel from the same commercial platform. Each vertical originates directly at the source: crude and refined petroleum products from regional producers and top-tier refineries, and grains and oilseeds from primary producers across Romania and the wider Black Sea basin. The dual model is deliberate: two counter-cyclical commodity complexes served through one disciplined trading and logistics organisation.
Our counterparties are institutional by design. We work with sovereign buyers and national tender bodies, integrated oil and gas majors, refiners, grain integrators and established private off-takers. We prefer long-term counterparty relationships over transactional volume, and hold ourselves to institutional-grade standards of documentation, compliance and discretion at every step of the transaction.

We deploy operational know-how and a logistics network capable of delivering crude, refined products, LPG and bitumen at scale into sovereign and private off-takers, with the compliance discipline, inspection regime and documentary control that cross-border energy flows require.
Where conventional terms fail, we structure. Letters of credit, standby LCs, pre-export finance, receivables facilities, deferred payment structures and bespoke risk-sharing arrangements are designed around each transaction.
